Jane Bennett

Jane Bennett Is a native South Carolinian born in Bamberg County, she has previously lived in Hawaii, Jacksonville and Orlando, Florida, and in Columbia the past 25 years - the last 16 of them on Lake Murray. She has owned property and lived part-time in the Santee area. Prior to her Real Estate Career, Jane worked for the Federal Government for 21 years in personnel capacities as an Administrative Officer for the U.S. Attorney's Office and the Small Business Administration. During her career she nominated three times for Federal Employee of the Year.

After retirement from the Federal Government she was Vice-President of her husband's building company and handled Property Development, Licensing, Permitting, and Client Relations.

Jane has been a professional Realtor for the past eight years. She is a consistent multi-million dollar producer and was the Top Listing Agent for the company in 2002. She has earned the designation of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and is a member of NAR (National Association of Realtors), GCAR (Greater Columbia Association of Realtors), CMLS (Consolidated Multiple Listing Service), REBAC (Real Estate Buyers Agent Council), Lake Murray Tourism, and the prestigious Columbia Area Realtor's Circle of Excellence. In 2003, she received the President's Award, Outstanding Agent for Asset Realty, Inc.

She currently resides in the Ballentine area of Lake Murray with here husband. In addition to loving all the activities the Lake has to offer. She especially enjoys boating, playing the stock market, reading, entertaining on the lake and making new friends.
